Vincent's CD on the way....

It should only be a few days now till Vincent's "Lucky Thirteen" CD finally arrives at EuropeCrazy HQ. Although it was released a couple of months ago I decided to wait till after the festive season until I ordered it. Since I've been listening a lot to "Don't Hate On Me" and particularly "Miss Blue", again, I'm really looking forward to hearing the rest of his album. Particularly since his rather impressive appearance with Adam Tensta at the Rockbjörnen the other night. And of course he is also responsible for Amanda Jenssen's rather good "Do You Love Me"!

I really like the first two singles, so I'll look forward to reading your thoughts on the album--it really seems like it must be good, but I want to have a better idea of what it's like before I buy it. The fact that he's had two great singles and co-written some great songs for other people makes me very optimistic, though!

Random thought, but I can never quite reconcile the image of him/the sound of his music with the fact that he's Roger Pontare's son.

Can't wait till it arrives and I'll post a full review here.

I totally agree with you about the whole "Roger Pontare's son" thing, I didn't know who he was initially and was completely freaked out by this!!!!
